Mindful Movement offers a variety of small group fitness classes including Pilates equipment (reformer, tower, chair), Pilates Mat, Yoga, CoreAlign®, MOTR®, Bodhi Suspension System®, Orbit™, OOV, Balanced Body Barre®, Buff Bones®, and more.
Our small group classes are able to accommodate your fitness level and improve your foundations in wellness. We also offer private and semi-private sessions.

Getting started at Mindful Movement

Our goal is to keep you safe and to train you to work efficiently and effectively!

Before you sign up for a class, we’d like to take an opportunity to get to know your body and you better. We recommend that you start with a functional assessment before starting equipment classes or private lessons. During this session, we will review some of the Pilates fundamentals, and gather vital information that helps us learn about your body, fitness goals and medical history. We highly recommend, but do not require, an assessment for mat classes if you have prior experience. If you’ve never participated in Pilates, we highly recommend 5-10 private/duet sessions to cover the basics of the Pilates method.
Please be on time for your class or session. If a client does not arrive or call within 15 minutes of the start of the session, it is considered a late cancellation.

These sessions are customized to meet your individual needs. Together, we will work on your specific fitness goals using the many mindful movement modalities we have in our studio.
