Meghan Bubnis is an experienced Pilates instructor, Balanced Body master instructor, and a licensed physical therapist. She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic issues in people of all ages and abilities.
Meghan earned her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame in 2001, and began working as an actuary. Holding fitness certifications through ACE and AFAA and a Pilates mat certification through Physical Mind, she also continued to work in the fitness world. After two years as an actuary, Meghan realized she was better suited for a career in physical therapy where she would be able to combine her teaching skills with her love of sports, fitness and movement.
Meghan earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2006 from Drexel University. She also completed her comprehensive Pilates training for Rehabilitation through Polestar Pilates® the same year. Her Physical Therapy training combined with her Pilates training have given her a great understanding of the benefits of mindful movement used as a modality in the healing process.
Meghan has worked as a Pilates based physical therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting ever since, specializing in the treatment of sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, overuse injuries and spinal pathologies. Desiring to provide holistic, quality, personalized care to her patients, Meghan opened her own Pilates based physical therapy clinic, Core Vitality, in Moorestown, NJ in 2010.
As an endless learner and lover of mindful movement, Meghan completed several trainings at Balanced Body in Sacramento, CA over the next several years. She now serves as a Balanced Body Master Instructor and leads teacher trainings in CoreAlign®, Bodhi Suspension Training ® and Comprehensive, Reformer and Mat based Pilates.
Life circumstances lead to a move back to her hometown of Allentown, PA in 2015. Meghan opened her second clinic, Mindful Movement, in the fall of 2016. She has been providing outpatient Pilates based physical therapy to the Lehigh Valley community ever since. She has also enjoyed introducing the community to the use of mindful movement modalities such as Pilates, CoreAlign and Bodhi and MOTR for wellness as well as healing.
Meghan is grateful for the support and love of her wonderful husband, Brian, and her three beautiful children, Aveline, Ella and Declan. In addition to all forms of mindful movement, Meghan enjoys playing and watching sports, and any opportunity there is to be outside and moving with her family.

In my lifetime of theatre, dance, movement and healing, I learned much about the human body, how we move, how we create habits and pathways. My experience as a teacher and guide spans more than 50 years. In addition to certifications in Pilates, Core Synchronism, Therapeutic Touch, Iyengar yoga, dance, stage combat, theatre and clown, I have deeply studied and taught Chi Gong, pranayama (breath for healing and energy), Tai Chi, Authentic Movement, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, and movement and voice techniques geared toward healing and artistic expression.
I designed and implemented protocols for ballet dancers, golfers, belly dancers, aerialists, weightlifters and other athletes. I have trained people with prosthetics, chronic pain, auto-immune diseases, special needs and folks with specific goals. I am excited about my extensive series of moves on the exercise ball. I utilize many props, such as stretchy bands, ballet bars, and devices to improve feet and knees.
Overall, my approach to working with individuals and groups stems from my vision of the mind and body as moving in at least three dimensions, with a goal of realigning our use of bones and muscles in their most efficient ways, thus improving function and personal energy. I teach four distinct elements of mindful practice: strength, flexibility, release and relaxation. I desire my clients to develop proprioception and a high level of self-awareness.
Today, in the studio, I teach classes and privates. I am planning to launch somatic specialty workshops in 2026.

Lynn Wiener has been instructing and guiding movement for over 35 years working with children, athletes, professional dancers and adults. Her own path in pilates started at age 12 when she was diagnosed with scoliosis. She was referred to the original Joseph Pilates Studio in NYC for evaluation and sessions. Mat pilates combined with other forms of corrective movement enabled Lynn to prevent severe spinal growth issues during her formative years. The impact of pilates as well as yoga has been a constant in her life. Lynn continually used Pilates and yoga as both a healing and relaxing respite during her years as a professional dancer, choreographer, instructor and college professor of dance. It wasn’t until her 4 children were grown that she was able to devote the time necessary to formally become a Certified Pilates and Yoga instructor.
Lynn joined Meghan Bubnis, DPT at Mindful Movement in 2017 as the children’s yoga instructor, enabling parents to enjoy pilates instruction while their young children learned yoga. During this time, Lynn was honored to complete the Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates training under the expert tutelage of Meghan. Completing the instructor training from both the Balanced Body and Physical Therapy perspectives deepened Lynn’s own practice and her ability to instruct populations from all walks of life and physical situations. Lynn received both her 200 and 300 hour yoga training at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem. She completed her RCYT through ChildLight Education Company. Yearly, Lynn continues to gain knowledge and maintain her certifications through continuing education courses on somatic movement, yoga, anatomy, apparatus applications, and specialized conditions.
Lynn has always felt that in working with others she is guiding them along their own path to well-being. What that path is can be different for all and can change many times. She uses her extensive experience in dance, yoga, pilates and somatic movement to mindfully challenge and educate her clients on their own strengths and challenges to enhance their overall physical health and personal lifestyles. She emphasizes body awareness, alignment, breath, and injury prevention.
When not in the studio, Lynn and her husband enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren, playing golf, hiking, kayaking, gig rowing, and conquering large puzzles.
