During your first visit, you will be evaluated by a licensed physical therapist who is also a Polestar certified instructor of Pilates for rehabilitation. During this initial evaluation, we will gather information about your injury or condition and evaluate your body in order to determine the best treatment plan. Please come in exercise clothes so the therapist may fully evaluate your injury or condition. Following the initial evaluation, time will be spent discussing your injury/condition and an individualized treatment plan will be provided based on your needs and goals. The goal of Pilates based rehabilitation is to help each patient return to full activity in the most efficient and effective manner, and to educate each patient on taking an active role in his recovery and prevention of further injuries.

We offer individualized care as our physical therapist works with only one patient at a time.
